SAFE PADDOCK
Plain rules for keeping Race Hub useful, respectful and safe for racers and families.
Members must be at least 13. Ages 13–17 need a parent or guardian’s knowledge and agreement as well as RaceMetric approval. Under 13s may only view beside their parent or guardian using that adult’s account; they must not sign in or post independently.
Do not post a child’s full name, age, school, address, phone number, email, live location, private timetable, travel plan or accommodation details. Avoid number plates and documents that reveal them.
Every approved member who can access a channel may read it. Race Hub has no private conversations between members and no public chat attachments. Say only what you would be comfortable sharing around the paddock.
Use Feedback & bugs when RaceMetric support needs CSV, TXT or JSON logger data. Remove names, email addresses, locations and children’s details first. Files are limited to 2 MB and are offered only as downloads; they never run in the Hub.

IF SOMETHING FEELS WRONG
Do not continue a conversation that makes you uncomfortable. Save the relevant details, use Report, and tell a parent, guardian or another trusted adult. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
Race Hub is moderated but cannot provide emergency help. Use Report beside a comment or contact RaceMetric privately through Feedback & bugs.
